Payment and Fees

To the fullest extent permitted by law, hires.nz and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Auckland, New Zealand, unless prohibited by law.

You and hires.nz agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our platform and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
